All jlj5 accounts require the user to be 21 years of age or older under Philippine law. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all withdrawals. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each individual may only hold one active jlj5 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any pending balances, with the exception of accounts merged via formal support request.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jlj5 ("jlj5", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlj5.club (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager through jlj5, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlj5 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and participation in gambling activities on the jlj5 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. jlj5 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.
The jlj5 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by eligible players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jlj5 does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. jlj5 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the jlj5 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through any third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances and bonuses without compensation.
jlj5 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID. jlj5 may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jlj5 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and jlj5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jlj5 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You are obligated to provide and maintain accurate, true, and current personal information on your jlj5 Account at all times. Any material inaccuracy in the information provided — including name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in Account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal processing. jlj5 may require re-verification of identity at any point if account information is found to be inconsistent or outdated.
All Account balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals on the jlj5 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion, where applicable for international payment methods, will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
An Account is considered inactive ("Dormant") if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlj5 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations, following written notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to contact jlj5 support to reactivate dormant accounts prior to any fee assessment.
jlj5 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. jlj5 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. jlj5 strictly prohibits deposits made using third-party payment accounts, credit extended by third parties, or funds sourced through any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity. Any deposit found to originate from a non-matching payment account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the jlj5 Platform. The general minimum deposit for GCash and PayMaya is ₱100. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and are subject to the limits of the respective banking institution.
Withdrawals from your jlj5 Account are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) absence of any outstanding security review or Account restriction flags; and (d) withdrawal amounts not exceeding your verified real-money balance.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, jlj5 may require additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method in the Cashier section. jlj5 reserves the right to request documentation or additional verification for any single withdrawal request that exceeds established thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR reporting requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional incentives offered by jlj5 are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both. jlj5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Bonus funds credited to your jlj5 Account are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms accessible in the Promotions section of the Platform. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being removed from the Account.
jlj5 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to guarantee bonus completion regardless of outcome, placing bets on excluded games or markets with bonus funds, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, jlj5 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn in connection with the abuse.
The jlj5 welcome bonus is available exclusively to new Account holders making their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome offer terms. Players who have previously held a jlj5 Account, or who are found to have registered under a different identity to claim the welcome bonus again, are not eligible and will have the bonus and any related winnings voided.
All bets placed through the jlj5 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the User's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming the wager. jlj5 is not responsible for bets placed in error due to User mistake, misunderstanding of odds formats, or technical issues on the User's device or network.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game, table, and event and are displayed within the respective game or betting interface. jlj5 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where patterns of matched betting, arbitrage, or other strategic play are identified.
In the event of a clear error in odds, pricing, or game outcomes resulting from software malfunction, data feed failure, human error, or any other technical issue, jlj5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. "Palpable errors" — manifest mistakes in odds that no reasonable person would consider a genuine market price — may be voided at jlj5's discretion regardless of whether bets were accepted.
Winnings from unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until the bet has been formally settled by jlj5. Bets are settled promptly following official confirmation of the game or event result from the relevant governing body or official data provider.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlj5 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended, permanently closed, and all balances forfeited without prior notice. jlj5 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant Philippine authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jlj5 Platform without express prior written consent from jlj5.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or other financial or non-financial loss.
jlj5's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlj5's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jlj5's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jlj5; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
The jlj5 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlj5 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet connectivity issues and device limitations are outside jlj5's control.
jlj5 reserves the right to suspend any Account temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without prior notice, where jlj5 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) the Account holder's identity or age cannot be adequately verified; or (d) PAGCOR or another competent authority has required suspension.
You may request closure of your jlj5 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Upon termination of your jlj5 Account for any reason: (a) your access to the Platform will cease immediately; (b) all pending bets placed before the termination date will be settled in accordance with normal betting rules; (c) bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited; and (d) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 — will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlj5 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).
In the event of any dispute between you and jlj5 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact jlj5 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jlj5 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlj5 Platform.
jlj5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlj5 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to your registered Account email address and/or by posting a notice on the Platform. Where changes are minor or required for legal or regulatory compliance, they may take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the jlj5 Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
